The current roof material is at the end of its lifespan and needs replacing. Its a flat roof, The lot dimensions of the property is 16x62, so the roof itself is smaller. There are no visible leaks inside the house. I am interested in a rubber roof / tar coating including demolition of the old roofing material.

3 story front walk out. Flat deck over half tuck under garage; slidding door access to deck from second floor/kitchen. 25 years old. Deck has tar/sleepers with treated wood "panels" resting on sleepers. Deck leaking into garage. May need tear-off and replacement of tar/sleepers, etc.
